This seems to be a premium service for people in &quot;Suites seating&quot; at events.&lt;br&gt;But yes no reason why it cannot be made free to the entire stadium.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My concept is from a Marketers and Advertisers point of view. Make people buy a Pepsi and the Pull ring on the can gives them access code for WiFi usage.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This drives sales of the product too.</description>
